It possibly sounds like you might have not done much research on Chi's etc. Maybe spend the next 6 months or so learning all you can and then decide if you really feel bringing in another pet is a good idea for you.
It's a lifetime commitment these little babies w/ 4 legs and so I feel it's worth it's weight in gold doing as much research as you can before hand.
