I don't know what we are going to do with that big cake.....she sharged for a small cake but, wanted to make it on a bigger one she is buildinng her collection of pictures. It ws sweet of her, I just don't know what to do with all that cake. I will send a lot out, but can you freeze it??

Yes, you can freeze cake for years. We took the top off of our wedding cake, and every year we would eat a piece of it until it was gone. I like freezing mine in deep freezes, that way they don't defrost, but back when we got married, we just had the regular refrigerator/freezer
