Sometimes, we have to think about the ones we love before ourselves. If Baxter really is alone all that time, and there is no way you could maybe take him to work with you, or class if he's a good boy, then perhaps you should try to find him a forever family. It will most likely be the hardest thing you ever do, but that is what love is......putting them first before ourselves.
