I have this one and u can get it as wide as u need with extentions..I had a 17 ftopening...I don't remember how wide the slates were...I check...But I don't use the big section anylonger...I broke it down to several gates with all the extentions I have...It came in handy when mine were young.. It is sort of pricy but it will last a life time.. I have them on my front porches now so my lil ones has to wait on me ... But u can find some used ones on ebay...
