They might as well not have been given at all.
You might be able to count the 10 week one and then do 14 and 18 weeks.
That's what I would do at this point. Of course if vaccines are given at 14 and 16 weeks, that is sufficient in itself, so the ones so far are basically worthless. You may get away with every 3 weeks (so 13 and 16 weeks) but I would do 14 and 18.
