There are a lot of excellent books with this information (such as those by Dr. Richard Pitcairn, DVM, PhD or Dr. Martin Goldstein, DVM for example). You have to be sure the information you get online is written by credible sources and/or provides their sources at the end of the article. Here's one good article in great detail by Dr. Pitcairn: http://www.drpitcairn.com/talks/look..._vaccines.html
Here is some information from another vet about vaccine reaction: Vaccine Reaction In A Dog at ThePetCenter.
Lots of information available about these problems. Whether you decide to do the rabies vaccination or not, I most definitely would never give it to a young developing puppy. Also, don't forget that the same amount of vaccine serum is given to a Yorkie as they give the same amount to a Great Dane or St. Bernard -- doesn't make a lot of sense. I hope you find these two links helpful but I do recommend getting one of the many books on the subject.
All best and have lots of fun with that darling little Yorkie!
