Nothing wrong w/ rotating some flavors, as long as you save some proteins in case she faces allergies later. Why is she on the NB - does she have allergies?
The easiest thing to do would be to add some canned. Diarrhea is really dog dependent and doesn't happen across the board. Also, canned adds more moisture to the diet, which is a bonus.
You could cook, but if the food is more than 10% of the total diet - then you have to get into supplement balancing and then you should probably consult w/ a nutritionist at that point.
