I think the only way to keep it from happening is to ensure there is never any paper or tissue within their reach, which is a lot easier said than done. I have tried the firm "no" after getting their attention at the site of their misdeed but it has not worked so far. A stray Kleenex is still too great a temptation for them to pass up. Ben will root in the laundry basket to pull one from my pants pocket. I don't get mad, I figure if they are resourceful enough to find one, they get the fun and I get the clean-up job. Just part of having a Yorkie.
