Yes, this happens to me, and its all of a sudden. My doc told me it was my sciatic nerve. And now that I am pregnant, it happens more often. This is what I do as an exercise. Its what my obstetrician told me to do if I get sciatic or back pain.
-Get on your hands and knees.
-Touch your chin close to your chest
-Lower your front body down like you are trying to put your chest on the floor.
-hold the position for like a minute (i know, its awkward)
It takes some pressure off the nerve, and repositions some of your organs i guess.
Walking is good for sciatica but dont go during a spell. Wait for it to ease up.
