I certainly understand. Each Rescue can only help so many.
We donate monthly to our local Rescue. They are small and don't get the national recognition, so they depend on the community.
I agree, he does need to go to a Rescue that gets major donations.
And no, in so many cases, esp. this one, love is not enough to heal him, and that is, as you said, IF he can be made well.
He is certainly worth rescuing, and I hope Marie has decided she should Vet him, herself, or that he needs to go to a major Rescue.
