Wow! You are lucky! I don't think Baxter LIKES peeing inside, but he does if I don't take him out right when he wants to go outside! LOL.
Well, then I guess I won't be too worried if neutering doesn't necessarily get rid of marking, and (knock on wood) he hasn't marked inside the apartment.
