also, he is 5 months old, 3.4 pounds and an indoor dog even if he goes outside i dont put him down on the floor. how did my baby get giardia?  |
I believe it can be passed on at birth, Milo had it when I got him and he was almost 7 months old. It took 3 different medications before he had a negitive test showing it was gone. As far as bleaching and cleaning in the house I would do a search on this site. We had no symptoms of it the only way I new was from his first Vet visit after I got him. Please try not to panic I know that is easier said then done, but it will only stress you out thus stressing out the pup. If you cant find help doing a search I would suggest repositing asking how to care for both your home and your pup whith Giardia
