They could be itching but if she's allergic she's going to be itching ALOT worse. We never had fleas really bad but she would get bit (i think outside) and one bite can vause a weeks worth of itching. Comfortis is the ingetsed pill. Frontline and Advantage did absolutly nothing for her except make her extremely ill.
