Hah! Baxter does the same thing, looking back at me when he pees and/or poops!
He's not too tiny. He weighs about six pounds, so I'll probably just wait until he is six months to get him neutered. His pee is tiny anyways, so it's hard for me to tell if he is marking or not. I don't THINK he is, but I'm not sure. And he is ALMOST potty trained. He whines a little when he needs to go out, but there have been some accidents recently.
He's getting there though.
