My Bogey had also had this condition when I got him. The problem with him was that the shelter thought he had used for breeding On the upside, his testicles were not too deep into his pelvis and his neuter was not any more invasive or expensive to have done. He is perfectly healthy and happy now that he is with us. Good luck on your possible new addition to the family.
