Hello - Newbie to YT here, and I have the same problem with my little guy. I asked the vet about it and he told me that the problem is with the size of the kibble. I was feeding the little tiny bits and he would just swallow them. I switched him to a larger kibble and he chews a lot more. Not always though. I had to get his teeth cleaned more often from not chewing his food.
