See...you are not alone. I posted this just to read the different opinions. I agree with SophieKates mom that the girl in the video looks very young and probably didn't know any better. Her furbaby looked well cared for and hopefully is fine. (I think the girl was making him shake like that when the puppy was facing her, to imitate the way some young people dance these days...who knows)!
