Again, I believe they just come in all shapes and sizes.
I consider Teddy to be very leggy and so I just checked
and he was 9 inches tall so I am picturing that your new
baby must be pretty similiar in size to my little guy. As
your other one grows he won't seem as different as
comparing them in size now. Also in regard to the potty
training. While not being potty trained at 8 months isn't
uncommon he could just also be regressing because of the
change in his life. It seems with Teddy anytime something
disturbs him he reacts by regressing for a good week or so
until he feels safe again. At any rate size aside your so
lucky to have found a new baby in the way that you did.
