I recommend that you get a firm plan in place. Decide if you are going to use a crate, an xpen, have them go outdoors exclusively, outdoors + potty pad, etc. If you haven't potty trained a yorkie before, there are tons of threads here on how to do it.

I wish I could say that potty training Thor was simply a matter of deciding that he wasn't going to pee on the rug anymore, but I can't, because that would be a huge lie.
