Anyway, you have be very consistent and very firm with them. Maybe you could try getting a doggy bell to hang on your door and everytime you go out, ring the bell so they associate the bell with going out to potty. Treats are key too. You also have to let them know that it's a bad thing when they pee on the carpet. I would also get some really good stain/odor cleaner and keep the pee spots cleaned up. You can also buy a urine finder if it's hard to see pee spots on your carpet. |
