It might help to get on your hands and knees and lift up on that leg a little or let it sort of hang in the socket there. It sounds weird, but when I was pregnant for my 5th, I suddenly had terrible pain down the front of my leg. It was so unbearable, and it was coming from my hip. I cried and cried, and even went to the ER. They said sciatica, but it was in the front of my leg Anyway, they just wanted to push drugs on me, which I wouldn't take. I went home and basically just sat the way I mentioned above for a long time, it was my only way to get relief.
