This happens and it does have to be taken care of. Some have to have more teeth pulled then others. Roxie had to have 4 of her baby teeth removed and I had it done at the time she was spayed. If you don't have it done it can set up for big problems later. Food gets caught imbetween the rows of teeth and starts decay problems.
