Well, we are both very excited. My husband is still in Europe, and he happened to call when I was holding her
I told him all about her and he is super excited and trying to come up with a good name. We can't wait for her to come home and meet Bender! In fact, I'm going to see if around 6 weeks or so I can bring Bender over to sniff her out a little, seeing as he is a very mild mannered, shy dog.
She will actually be ready to come home a couple days before Thanksgiving, but Bender, the hubby, and I have planned a roadtrip to TN to visit some family over the holiday, and we just aren't sure that a long car trip for a small puppy is a good idea, so while we would love to have her for the holiday, we think it is probably in her best interest to just pick her up at the end of Thanksgiving weekend, so she can come right home and won't get disoriented by so many new sights and sounds all at once.
