I think, like humans, you may find that even a pup that starts off small, may reach a bigger weight in adulthood. You will love any Yorkie you are lucky enough to have in your life. It's easy to find a breeder in the UK and talk with them to establish if they know what they are doing and you will get a happy, healthy pup.
