A companion, a pal,
A very best friend.
Someone to trust,
To love 'til the end.

When feeling blue.
Always a smile,
T'always greet you.

To dry up your tears.
Someone to be there,
To quiet all your fears.
Someone to be there,
When lonely or sad.
Loving regardless,
If hating or mad.

If caring or cruel.

Genius or fool.

They stand by you.
