Zeus was so sore after his second set of shots that we couldn't even pick him up. He cried for two days when we touched him. It was awful!
About an hour before his third set of shots I gave him about a quarter of a tablet of benadryl. And another a few hours or so after. He was still slightly sore but it made a big difference.
