Im so sorry you are going through all this. will kep you in my thoughts and prayers.
I would not let your sister take your dog, thats just to far and you will need this baby while you heal. also if shes has two large dogs that would not be safe for your little one. I hope you can get someone to come over once in awhile and help you out.
