without bailee i dont think i could make it thru what a terrible ordeal you are facing,prayers for your speedy recovery...maybe you could get an automatic feeder and water and that would cut down on time it takes to feed?and yorkies do well with little excercise,maybe a caring neighbor could come by once a week or so and take him out to get some fresh air? im sure you are facing some hospital time so maybe a local boarder would give you a deal given you situation and you could board him when you will be in the hospital?just sum ideas, i would NEED my bailee at a time like that...
