i've heard- that unless you ALWAYS have it with you and can always catch it- it's not beneficial. For the biting- you can try a few things- do you yelp at her and walk away (like a sibling would)? Have you tried either turning her on her back (showing her who is boss and demanding she be submissive) or using your hand to "clench" down on the back of her neck to imitate a mom biting down- also causing her to be submissive. One other thing you can do is spray Bitter Apple on your fingers- and offer them to her- that should be the end of biting
