I am too new to this to be very informative for you but I have a girl that's 38-43 days and went through morning sickness and didn't eat very much for me, then I began mixing wet food with her puppy dry food and she began eating a lot more when I did that. I also heated up the wet a bit before I mixed it up and she liked that even more. I buy the best wet food I can because one can mixed in her meals a few times a day last for a week or so. Good Luck, I hope you can figure out how to get her to eat more. You should call your vet and ask him too, he may have a good suggeation. I hope someone will speak up and mentor you.
