Does any one work in this field of sales or any area about buying a Modular home.

I have been preapproved for a loan which i knew i would but i would like to find out more about what things to ask to get the best price. How much do these homes really cost them and how much profit are they makeing off us.

Any tricks of the trade so i get a good price and the in an outs so they don't screw me.

Please any ones help will be great.
