Vinegar is very good for many uses. I was going to try it, my biewer is the worse with tear staining, but, I only had the dark vinegar, will buy some of the white distilled to try. It would never hurt them, and if it works, to me it's worth trying. It also said on there why not to use regular people shampoo on dogs. She did say after awhile of doing this, and washing out their natural oils, your dogs hair is going to start looking really bad, which I have seen with my sisters yorkie. She used to always use her shampoo on her 13 year old yorkie, there is no more shine to her now.
