yes it is( well thats what I am calling it) It is actually considered the silver color nail polish from PetEdge. I also ordered the cotton candy color but it was back-ordered so I havent received it yet. This stuff literally dries in 20 seconds and all you need is one coat. Otherwise I never could have done Penny's nails.
