I have to say that my groomer is fantastic and does exactly what I want, I dont get her cut because I am growing out her hair but she get's the bath, nails trimmed, brushed, cleaned up in her "female areas" I do get around her eyes trimmed.. But my groomer Cindy knows not to cut her face!! she even writes it down on Lily's "card" with her info on it.. just as a reminder! maybe your groomer could also make a card up of what you DON'T want done!
