That is terrible. I don't think its unreasonable what you are asking the breeder to do. She SHOULD give you back your $900 to go towards this baby's operation. If she is a reputable breeder, she will do just that. what are her options.. take the dog back and try and sell it to someone else without disclosing this puppys condition? I would keep trying to reach her and see what she says.
