I also had this problem with the first groomer I took Coco to. When I got home the kids said "didn't you get him done?" I said yes, then realized he was too long and couldn't see the difference. I went back and said, "now could you cut his hair?" They did him right the second time. Let's face it it's not cheap to get them cut. I use coupons to get my haircut and they are getting $45 cuts. It's robbery.
