Hi. My Tia was just at the vet for the same reason. Like your Bella, Tia was running, jumping etc. with no issues but then out of the blue she started to refuse to go on the couch, down the stairs, and then the icing was coming home from work and she just would not or could not walk. No pain, no crying, just could not walk. All of this happened out of the blue and all at once within a week of each symptom. The vet diagnosed her with LP. Like your Bella you could feel her knee pop. I should also say that the next day after not being able to walk, she was fine, but I still brought her right into the vet. What I was told was to keep an eye on her for about two weeks and if it persisted then she'd need surgery. Knock on wood she has had limited issues. Every once in a while she will sit and want to be carried up the stairs, but no pain and it does not last. I'm still keeping my finger's crossed that she will continue with minimal problems.
