Licensed breeder? To have that many animals in a barn with no way out is horrible. Seems to me that if people really cared they would take the time to make sure everything was in top condition. Especially electrical. How sad once again that the dogs and other animals had to suffer so and die. I just can't find it in my heart to forgive people like this and what they do.
