My Chloe Primrose is 7 mos and no cut yet. I have taken her to be groomed for a bath, ears trimed and cleaned, feet trimmed and nails cut and bottom end trimmed but I want to let her grow out long, I brush her every day sometimes more than once. Even the groomer I go to said not to cut her yet, due to the cold. I think it depends on the dog, it's coat and the weather and of course how much time you want to devote.
