Aw, it's just a flash in the eyes. It happens to the best of dogs! I think he's a cutie.
Thor has an extremely silky coat and his eyes can look orange or green in the flash. I agree it just depends on the angle of the camera.
It probably wouldn't be too hard to photoshop the eyes.
