I wouldn't say the teeny tinies are 'abnormal' in anyway,..yorkies are yorkies and they come in all shapes and sizes just like us!
My Pixie IS a tiny, and some would probably describe her as a 'Teacup'..she didn't come from an 'unscrupulous breeder'..she came from a Hobby show breeder that just happened to get a tiny in one of her litters..so she sold her to me as a pet...and a much loved and cherished one she is too!
I have never tried to hide the fact that I looked for a smaller yorkie..I know I can take good care of one..and I knew that the best place to find one was from a reputable hobby show breeder that DOES NOT breed specifically for tinies...
