I agree w/ others - after 2 days of vomiting and diarrhea, you could really be facing an emergency here - esp. w/ that vomiting. I'd call the vet immediately and/or bring him in now.
How old is this pup? If this is a puppy, you should head the vet/ER this very second, imo.
