It all depends on how much he's been vomiting. Call your vet and describe the symptoms, he will let you know if you should bring him in. Since it's Friday, you might want to be prepared, as many vets are closed on Saturday, and only emergency rooms are open, which are much more expensive. Remember, a small dog can get dehydrated really fast, and go downhill rapidly.
