That's entirely up to you but there are "very few" areas in the US where the lymes vaccine should be considered, especially for a mostly inside dog.
That is really too many vaccines in one day.
A lot of vets do it but if there is a reaction, what one did the dog react to?
It is also a lot for their immune system to deal with.
