I know that vet fees differ depending on where you live but just wanted to see what others have paid for a basic puppy wellness exam, fecal exam and puppy vaccinations. Here is what I paid (I live in PA):

Puppy exam: $39.50
Parasite screen: $27.85
Parasite Elimination (routine precaution): $30.35
Bordetella: $14.70
Lyme vaccine: $23.90
Canine Distemper: $19.00

Total: $155.30

This was for an exam and 3rd round of shots for a 14 week old puppy.
Do these prices sound normal or should I shop around? I haven't had a puppy in 7 years and can't remember how much it cost me back then!

Also, if anyone buys heartworm meds online - where do you find the best prices and how does that work if you need an RX?
