We have had some recent threads about grooming problems..the groomer ignores the client. I would write down what you want..no cutting of the top knot or bridge of nose etc..make the groomer sign it and keep a copy for yourself. LOL
You can pull the ear hair yourself with a clamp from the dog catalogs..and unless the ear hair is causing a problem like infections, I never pull it out..same with anal gland expression. Some things are best left alone if there is not a problem with them.
