Welcome to yorkie talk. The general rule of thumb that most breeders follow is to triple the puppy's weight at 8 weeks or double the puppy's weight at 12 weeks and you will get their estimated adult weight, give or take a little. I think much of that formula depends on the puppies structure and how much baby fat the puppy has.

Are you the breeder of this pup and is the pup still with it's mom? I hope so. Best of luck with your baby.
