Blankets would be a big one. Dixie loves the fleece blankets! They're around $5 at Wal-Mart or Target. I agree with the previous poster, wipes are nice too. I use organic baby wipes.
If the weather is cold in your area, a coat/sweater may not be a bad idea either.
