Make sure she is gaining. If you have a digital scale, set it to grams, as it is way easier to tell gain or loss with grams.
I would start feeding her yourself every two hours and keep her with mom. Make sure she stays warm as you never want to feed a cold baby.
Is she showing strength? Are you seeing any milk come out of hr nose when she is eating?

I checked her out and she doesn't have cleft based on the pictures I saw online of puppies with cleft. When I was trying to open her mouth she was fighting me so she does have some strength in her.
We have been feeding her every three hours by hand and milk doesn't come out of her nose. She is drinking the milk and I feel in going into her stomach and also she her swallowing it. We've been keeping a heat pad in the play pen on warm.
