A few years ago I evacuated during a hurricane warning
with my daughter-in-laws family. Well we found a motel at our destination but were not sure about taking the three dogs in. So we got our room and we snuck my bichon, a pit bull mix and a GREAT DANE into the two motel rooms. Upon checking out we found out that the motel WAS pet friendly. So if we can sneak in a Great Dane then I think you might be able to get away with a Yorkie. I certainly would not leave your baby home alone all night.
